Return & Exchange Policy
At Luv Struk Designs, we strive to provide you with high-quality medical scrubs that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please carefully review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached to the items.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Return Procedure:
1. Locate the return label provided inside the original package.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging or packaging of your choice.
3. Attach the return label to the package, covering the original shipping label.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service or follow the instructions provided with the return label.
Exchange Procedure:
1. If you would like to exchange your medical scrubs for a different size, style or color please follow the steps bellow.
2. Click here: "Exchange" and complete the exchange form.
3. Fill out and submit completed exchange form. You can also print the completed exchange form or write a note indicating the details of the exchange (e.g., the desired size, style, color, and order number of the original order).
4. Place the item(s) you wish to exchange and the printed exchange form or note in the original packaging, if you choose not to submit the online form.
5. Put the return label provided inside the original package on a new package or on the original package. Make sure old labels are covered.
6. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service or follow the instructions provided with the return label.
Return and Exchange Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and they meet the eligibility criteria, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
- Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
- For exchanges, we will send out the requested replacement item(s) as soon as the return is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the new tracking information.
Additional Information:
- We recommend using the tracking number on the return label to track the return. (Write tracking number down before shipping back, if you would like to track the return.)
- Returns and exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to additional charges or may not be processed.
